Lightning, SpaceX Dragon Capsule Launch Postponed
As reported by NASA on Thursday, the cabin was loaded with the International Space Station (ISS).

Lightning did not hit any of the teams of the US company SpaceX, but occurred 16 kilometers from the launch pad and about 25 minutes before the scheduled time: at five in the afternoon.
"Lightning rules require a 30-minute delay to make sure there's no danger of launching," said NASA spokesman Mike Curie.
The next opportunity for SpaceX's 11th replenishment mission via the unmanned Dragon Cap will be this weekend and will be broadcast live on NASA's website, which said the weather forecast for Saturday is A favorable 60%.
Dragon will deliver to the ISS, under a contract with NASA, 2.7 tons of cargo, including food, various equipment and materials to do 250 scientific experiments.
Among the planned experiments, one is included with mice to study the effects of microgravity on osteoporosis and another with fruit flies to investigate how weightlessness affects the heart. Dragon will also carry seeds to study germination in space under different conditions.
